About O’Connor CAD/CAM Solutions
O’Connor CAD/CAM Solutions was founded in 2019 by Brad O’Connor. We are located in Richmond, Missouri and serve organizations throughout the Midwest.
Brad O’Connor BIO
In 1991, Brad went to work at an iron foundry after completing an AutoCad Drafting Course at American Commercial College in San Angelo, TX. He worked there as a Designer, Draftsman, and in QA until the company was bought out and closed.
In 1999, he moved to Missouri where he worked in an aluminum foundry learning to program and customize NX, Machining Strategist, and use Vericut for program prove-out. During his time at the foundry, he advanced in position multiple times finishing as a Mold Designer.
In 2011, he obtained his degree in engineering.
Always eager for a challenge and adding to his skills, he entered the aerospace industry where he learned to program for 3, 4, & 5 axis aerospace parts.
In 2019, he opened O’Connor CAD/CAM Solutions serving the aerospace industry throughout the Kansas City and the St. Louis metropolitan areas and greater Midwest.
